How long is your warranty period?
We offer 12 months warranty on our complete turbochargers, responsible for the fault due to our production. If the fault is due to the engine design, or driver’s improper operation, it’s not within our warranty.
Is your turbo well balanced ?
We balance each compressor wheel and each turbine wheel on specialist equipments. and then balance every assembled CHRA.
Failure to balance the CHRA on specialist equipment can cause excessive vibrations as the turbo speeds up, resulting in noise (whistling) and a breakdown of the oil film in the bearings. This in turn will cause premature failure of the bearing system, often with no obvious signs of lack of lubrication or oil contamination.
